Premium Affiliate Marketing Management

Full-service affiliate program management for established businesses. I handle up to 5 affiliate networks, create banners and text links, recruit and manage 130+ publishers weekly, track performance, and send detailed reports. You focus on your business while I grow your affiliate channel.

What You Get

This is hands-on affiliate marketing management. I run your program day-to-day so you don’t have to.

You get tracking code integration on your shopping cart, fraud monitoring, banner and text link creation, publisher recruitment and communication, data feed uploads, newsletter design and distribution, and detailed weekly and monthly performance reports. Everything happens in your dashboard. You see every task completed, every affiliate recruited, every sale tracked.

How It Works

Affiliate marketing is performance-based. You only pay commissions on actual sales or leads. I manage the relationships with publishers (affiliates) who promote your products on their blogs, coupon sites, content sites, and social feeds. When they drive a sale, they earn a commission. The affiliate network tracks it all with cookies, validates the transaction, and pays out automatically.

My job: recruit the right affiliates, give them the creative assets they need (banners, links, coupon codes), communicate with them regularly, monitor for fraud, and report back to you on what’s working.

What’s Included

  • Dashboard Access: Your own branded dashboard to view campaign performance, affiliate activity, and task completion in real time.
  • Network Setup: I connect up to 5 affiliate networks (ShareASale, CJ, Linkshare, Admitad, Pepperjam, etc.) to your dashboard.
  • Creative Assets: 5 new banners (JPG, PNG, GIF), 6 text links, 3 mobile banners, 2 dynamic (Flash) banner ads. Affiliates need variety to promote you effectively.
  • Publisher Recruitment: I send invite emails to 130 new affiliates per week and communicate with active affiliates to keep them engaged.
  • Tracking & Fraud Monitoring: Tracking code integration on your shopping cart, fraud click and sale tracking, instant alerts on suspicious activity.
  • Communication & Support: Personalized welcome and approval messages for new affiliates, recruitment emails, newsletters to your publisher base.
  • Data & Widget Management: I upload product data feeds to your network accounts and create/upload widgets as needed.
  • Consultation: Guidance on coupon code strategy, commission structure, cookie duration, and competitive positioning.
  • Reporting: Detailed weekly and monthly performance reports (top affiliates, top banners, sales stats, management activity).
  • Support: Email and phone support. You work with me. Behind me is a team that handles execution at scale.

Who This Is For

Businesses with established products and the infrastructure to handle affiliate-driven sales volume. You need a shopping cart, you need conversion tracking, and you need margin to pay commissions. If you’re just starting out, this might be too much firepower. If you’re already doing $50K+/month and want to add a new sales channel without hiring in-house, this is the move.

Why Affiliates Matter

You’re paying for results only. No sale, no commission. That’s the whole point. Affiliates take the risk of promoting you. You take the risk of fulfilling orders. The network sits in the middle and makes sure everyone gets paid fairly.

Good affiliates have audiences you can’t reach on your own. Coupon sites, deal blogs, niche content creators, influencer networks. They send traffic. You convert it. They get a cut. Everyone wins.

Bad affiliate programs die from neglect. No banners, no communication, no recruiting, commissions too low, cookie duration too short. Affiliates move on. I handle the maintenance so your program stays competitive.

Common questions.

What is affiliate marketing and why does it work?

Affiliate marketing is paying a commission only when a third party (the affiliate) drives a sale or lead. You’re buying results, not traffic. The affiliate promotes your product on their blog, coupon site, or social feed. A customer clicks through, buys, and the affiliate earns a percentage. The affiliate network tracks everything with cookies and handles payouts automatically.

It works because you only pay for performance. No sale, no cost.

Who are affiliates?

Affiliates are publishers, bloggers, influencers, coupon sites, deal sites, loyalty programs, and content creators. They have audiences and traffic. You have products. They promote you in exchange for a commission on sales they generate. Most get paid through the affiliate network at the end of each month based on validated sales.

What are affiliate networks and why do I need one?

Affiliate networks are the platforms that host your program. They provide the tracking technology (cookies), creative hosting (banners and links), reporting dashboards, fraud protection, and automated commission payouts. Networks also give you access to thousands of affiliates already on the platform looking for programs to join.

Common networks: ShareASale, CJ (Commission Junction), Linkshare, Admitad, Pepperjam, Linkconnector, Clixgalore, Commission Factory. I manage all of these.

Which networks do you work with?

ShareASale, Linkshare, CJ, Linkconnector, Pepperjam, Admitad, Clixgalore, and Commission Factory. I connect up to 5 networks to your dashboard depending on where your best affiliates hang out.

Do I really need banners?

Yes. Banners are the number one tool affiliates use to promote you. If you don’t provide them, affiliates won’t promote you. You need variety (different sizes, messaging, creative styles) and you need to refresh them regularly. I handle creation and updates.

How do I decide what commission to offer?

Look at what your competitors are paying. Look at your profit margins. Look at your site’s conversion rate. If you’re an unknown brand with a low conversion rate, you’ll need to pay more to attract affiliates. If you’re a household name with tight margins, you can pay less. I’ll consult with you on structure once I see your numbers.

How do I pay affiliates?

The network handles it. At the end of each month, the network sends you a list of validated sales (sales you approved). You pay the network. The network pays the affiliates. You only pay commission after you’ve collected money from the customer. If an order is canceled or refunded, you mark it invalid and no commission is paid.

What is this tracking code you’re putting on my site?

It’s a small script that goes on your order confirmation (thank you) page. It passes the order ID and sale amount to the affiliate network so the network knows which affiliate to credit. Installation is simple. If you have a developer, they can do it in 10 minutes. If not, I’ll walk you through it or handle it for you.

What is a cookie and how long should it last?

A cookie is a small file saved on a visitor’s browser when they click an affiliate link. It tracks that visitor for a set period (the cookie duration). If the visitor buys within that window, the affiliate gets credit.

Example: 30-day cookie. Affiliate sends a visitor to your site today. Visitor doesn’t buy. Visitor comes back 25 days later and buys. Affiliate gets credit. Visitor comes back 35 days later and buys. Affiliate doesn’t get credit (cookie expired).

Longer cookie duration = more attractive program for affiliates. Industry standard is 30-90 days depending on your sales cycle.

How do I cancel if I need to?

Email me or message me through the dashboard. Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed. If we’re mid-month and I’ve already recruited 130 affiliates and sent reports, you’re paying for that month. If you cancel before I start work, you get a full refund. I’ll walk you through it if it comes to that.
